  • Where is all the fruit from and where does it go?
All the fruit is from the beautiful Sussex countryside and farms - all hand-picked from within a 25 mile radius of base. Its mostly organic (working on 100% organic for 2025), sustainable and ethically sourced. Remaining local and supporting local Sussex produce is key to the Bramble ethos. You also can't beat a Sussex Cox Apple for flavour. Alongside the farms Bramble Drinks Company use local private orchards for a diverse range of native fruits that have been picked, harvested and enjoyed for many hundreds of years and hopefully many hundreds of years to come. Bramble Drinks Company has a Zero Waste policy! The bottles are re-usable and recyclable. Packaging is compostable and biodegradable. Getting to events, the electric vehicle is powered by a solar system massively reducing any carbon footprint and emissions. Lastly the bi-products of the liqueur ranges is all the left over fruit - some of which is already drowned in alcohol so that gets turned into pickles, chutneys or jams and the fruit that isn't booze infused goes off to the local piggies. They enjoy a treat of apple chunks & squished cherries!
  • Local maintenance and regenerative program - Who's apple is that?
Who's apple is that? Bramble Drinks Company offers an local orchard maintenance and regenerative program for a crop and harvest of the fruits. It's part of Bramble's sustainable and staying local ethos. If you have a private orchard, small-holding, farm or crop and would like to be involved or have some more information then get in touch! There's usually a bottle or two of free booze in the deal for you too!
