Plum Liqueur
Made from a mix of orchard plums with varieties of Victoria's, Marjorie's Seedling, Csars and Tophit. Harvested from the Sussex villages of Ticehurst, Chalvington, Ripe and Laughton. This is a silky, honeyed and ravishing liqueur that’s designed to go alongside Autumn and Winter festive feasting and graze boards or to sip in front of a roaring fire as the evenings set in.

50ml Plum Liqueur
25ml Light Rum
50ml Grapefruit Juice
Fill to the top with Champagne and add a spring or Rosemary for aromatics.
Sugar the glass rim for fairy dust!
