Blackcurrant Liqueur

Made using the Blackcurrant Ben Klibreck harvested in Ticehurst, Sussex. These Blackcurrants pack a punch of flavour with a twist of tart and sweetness. It will take your fizz, cocktails or ice cream to the next level. 

Of course there's the classic Kir Royale - a perfect way to elevate your fizz of choice but here a cheeky currant twist to try - 

 

Blackcurrant Mojito 

Mull some fresh mint leaves at the bottom of the glass and squeeze in a fresh lime and some crushed ice

50ml Blackcurrant Liqueur

50ml White Rum

Fill to the top with soda water and stir!
